4. In cases not regulated by this Agreement the rules of the Polish Civil Code and other Polish law will apply .
5. This Agreement was made in 2 identical copies in English, 1 for each Party.
6. Persons signing the Agreement state that they are authorized to the successful signing for and on behalf of the appropriate entities.
7. Since the conclusion of this Agreement the cooperation between the Parties will be carried out according to principles of this Agreement only. The Parties hereby void all settlements concluded so far. For the assessment of all issues arising from the Agreements concluded before the signing of this Agreement the Parties will select the Polish law.
8. All information contained in this Agreement and in all the possible annexes are confidential.
