Responsibilities:
• Ensure IT system availability and functionality.
- To ensure 100% availability and functionality of IT hardware in office and warehouse
- Planning of IT requirements and replacement of IT hardware, if necessary
• IT system requirement gathering
- Gather new requirements from all business users
- Ensure system standardization within the Parts Distribution Center network
- Consolidation of change requests
- Communication of changes and implementation support"
• SRD Support
- SRD system support for dealers
- Reporting and system requirement gathering and consolidation"
• IT system trouble-shooting
- Analyze IT system issues provided by users
- Provide solutions and training for users
- Liaise with IT system hotline to trouble-shoot system problems timely without affecting warehouse operations"
• IT project management
- Plan IT requirements for new warehouses according to project plan
- Prepare on-time delivery reports for inbound and outbound.
- Prepare stock take IT support document."
• User training
- User training for new employees (BMW staff, warehouse service provider staff)
- User training on new system changes
• Budget planning and controlling of IT hardware
- Label amount estimation and budget planning
- IT equipment maintenance budget planning
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science preferred.
- At least 3-5 years professional experience in all aspects of IT.
- Hands on experience in SAP R/3 (SD, MM and WM modules)
- IT Hardware knowledge.
- Logistics knowledge.
- Good training skills
- Project management skills
- English business fluent.
- High level of communication skills with open mind
- Strong logic analysis and problem solving capability
- Ability to cope with stress and willing to change
- Capacity for teamwork
