This paper addresses the issue of service quality measurement and rating in higher education and the need to develop sound tests for special types of courses. During these courses students carry out out project works under special context and with special features than to “ordinary “courses where traditional course value has been applied for a long time. The primary aim of the paper is to support the need to develop valid , reliable and replicable items of service quality in case of these courses. Therefore, a list was designed for these courses to collect '''s. The results are reported by using an importance-performance analysis up by the draw of statistical Conclusion. The given tool allows the identification of importance- performance Gems and supports the assessment of quality programs.
