The left kidney measures 15.8 cm in

The left kidney measures 15.8 cm in sagittal diameter which is enlarged. There is also a mild to moderate hydronephrosisof the left kidney with dilatation of the calyces and proximal ureter. The entire left ureter could not be imaged and in the bladder a left ureteric jet was seen.
