The typical emission of ZnO films is shown in the u-PL spectrum as shown in Figure 4.<br><br>Comprised of two ultraviolet emission and visible light emission center with relatively consistent excitation intensity, a narrow emission peak at 380nm is shown as a near-band emission of zinc oxide, and a wide launch belt centered near 530nm is attributed to in-band jumps, which may be produced between faulty energy levels in the band gap by oxygen space (VO), oxygen gap (Oi zinc), zinc gap (Zni), zinc space (Vzn).
