receiving R credit for courses, students will no longer request R on SSOL during registration.

Instead, requests for R will be handled directly between students and faculty any time during the semester until the Pass/Fail deadline of the eleventh week of classes (see the Academic Calendar for the more information).

Permission for R should be granted by your instructor via email; he or she will be able to select the R when submitting all grades at the end of the semester.

Please note: Registration Adjustment Forms should not be used at any point to request R credit.
