Contract seems to not be legal. Landlord displayed abusive and threatening behaviour on multiple occasions. I have vacated the premises at my own expense and now the landlord (who is possibly subletting illegally) continues threatening behaviour and indicates he is unwilling to return my deposit and remaining rent despite the absence of a termination clause in the contract. I have recordings, screenshots and whiteness to corroborate these claims
