The trachea and bilateral main bronchi are well demonstrated without endobronchial lesion.- No grossly enlarged lymphnodes are seen in the mediastinum and hilar regions.- Some tiny nodules or calcification in both lungs.- The pleura and diaphragm are unremarkable.IMP: Some tiny nodules or calcification in both lungs, more likely post-inflammatory change. Suggest follow up with nonenhanced chest HRCT in 1 year.

IMP：兩肺，更有可能炎症後改變一些微小的結節或鈣化。建議用胸部平掃HRCT隨訪1年。
