摘要：学生的自主学习能力是时代发展的需要，是素质教育的要求，还是对传统教学模式的补充。培养学生自主学习的能力，是对老师提出的重要要求。教师应当为学生提供科学的指导，科学应用案例教学法，用积极主动的教学方式，指点学生多样化学习路径，培养学生主动学习的习惯和自主学习的能力。

Summary: students ' autonomous learning ability is needed for the development of the times, is the requirement of quality education, is a supplement to traditional teaching. Cultivation of students ' autonomous learning ability is important demands on teachers.
