Hello. I have complained about my proximity sensor issue a few weeks back.
. Anyways it didn't get resolved. . Bt instead the phone stopped working

It has been only one month since I started using this crap... already it
has caused me enough headache
Coming to the issue. ... yesterday night i charged my phone to around 80%
battery ,and it started draining off real fast even withoutmuch usage...
today morning when i took the phone the charge showed 16%...and within
seconds it showed 2% and got switched off,, even though I had issues with
proximity sensor ther weren't any issues with battery so far.... ohk...then
i tried to charge my phone... the charging led indicator was not showing. .
I thought maybe it ws coz the battery ws fully drained. .. i kept it fr
charging for some more time ..only thing happened ws the phone got heated
up...
Now with spending INR 12,000 and hardly 1 month of usage. .. i am left with
nothing but this crap ( thanks to you...i sold my old phone)
Many of my professional as wellas person data were stored in that phone...
and i am not able to acess any of those..
Pls tell me what to do. ..is there any way to refund my money. .coz i have
hated this product enough. . At least replace with a proper working one...
