Fuer mich ist es unverstaendlich dass Legal HQ den Fall erst an sich zieht und dann wenn es schwierig wird ihn dann zurueck an DGRC delegiert.
Schade auch dass in TE/S ebenfalls keiner ei‎ne Entscheidung (seit fast 2 Monaten) treffen will.
Das sind alles self imposed restrictions.
Meiner Meinung nach werden diese Auftraege diese Woche produktiv und wir brauchen Anweisung von euch wie es weiter geht sonst laufen wir eh in das selbe Risiko rein welches wir vermeiden wollen (gebaute Autos auf stock).
Wir koennen hier nur empfehlen, aber es ist Euer call.‎
Ich glaube die Risiken und deren Eintrittswahrscheinichkeit (incl. Plan B) sind von uns klar aufgezeigt und der Fall ist nun laengst entscheidungsreif.
Eine "Volllkasko Loesung" mit Helm, Gurt und Airbag ist in diesem Fall kaum vorstellbar und das Unternehmerrisiko laesst sich nur minimieren aber nicht ausschalten.

Wenn sich bis Fre‎itag keine Loesung abzeichnet dann wuerde ich empfehlen die Fahrzeuge aus der Produktion zu nehmen und von Eurer Seite ein Erklaerungsschreiben an WAH auszustellen.
