From this version, we’ve changed our design to perform the same behaviors as other 3rd party apps done.
-show notification even though the app was locked
-show app in Recent apps list even though the app was locked

By this new design, users won’t lost any notification from the locked app and still able to easily and quickly reopen the locked app again from Recent list.
Yet, users will be asked to input password again for these two scenarios when attempting launch the locked app from anywhere.
