sélection ne satisfaisait pas aux exigences législatives et réglementaires du Québec1.
Toutefois, nous estimons que vous pourriez satisfaire aux exigences législatives et réglementaires
du Québec si votre conjoint améliore sa connaissance en français. Dans cet objectif, nous lui

connaissances en français de façon à atteindre le niveau de compétences requis vous permettant
d’obtenir un nombre de points suffisant pour vous qualifier à cette étape du traitement de votre
demande.
Au moment de l’examen de votre dossier, nous avons évalué que le niveau de compétences en
français de votre conjoint est de 5 à la compréhension orale, selon l’Échelle québécoise des
niveaux de compétence en français. Votre conjoint doit atteindre le niveau B2 à la compréhension
orale.
Pour améliorer sa connaissance du français, votre conjoint a le choix des moyens. Cependant,
nous lui recommandons l’inscription à un cours de français dans une école habilitée à le faire.
À la fin de sa formation, votre conjoint aura à démontrer qu’il a atteint le niveau demandé en
fournissant la photocopie de son attestation de résultats d'un test ou diplôme reconnus par le
Ministère. Des tests sont disponibles dans tous les bassins de recrutement du Québec. Pour

RECOURS À LA RÉVISION ADMINISTRATIVE
En cas de refus de votre demande d’immigration, vous pourrez avoir recours à la révision administrative. Cette demande de révision ne peut être faite avant l’expiration du délai qui vous est accordé pour soumettre un test d’évaluation du français reconnu. Vous aurez dès lors un délai maximal additionnel de 90 jours pour la soumettre.
Si vous décidez de soumettre une demande de révision administrative, cette dernière doit être motivée, c’est-à-dire qu’elle doit identifier les éléments incorrectement évalués et préciser en quoi une erreur a été commise. De plus, une demande de révision administrative doit porter sur des faits existant au moment de la décision et être accompagnée d’une photocopie de la présente lettre et de la fiche d’évaluation jointe. Elle peut être appuyée, s’il y a lieu, par des documents originaux ou des copies certifiées conformes par les autorités émettrices, portant sur des faits existant au moment de la décision.
