This research used an intervention design using 20 Wistar white rats (Rattus Norvegicus) weighing between 150 and 200 g, male, aged 8–12 weeks, of active and regular movement, and clear eyes. Preceding adaptation treatment was done to soothe the animals inside the individual cages in the position where they could interact audio-visually with each other. All groups were adapted for seven days in a row and given a standard diet.
