Buongiorno,al momento dell'acquisto

Buongiorno,
al momento dell'acquisto del prodotto, il 13 dicembre, c'era scritto che sarebbe arrivato prima di Natale, ma ad oggi non è ancora arrivato nulla.
Per curiosità sono andata a vedere la mail che mi era stata mandata al momento della spedizione, ed ho visto che la consegna è prevista per il 30 dicembre.
Mi confermate che non arriverà per Natale? Se così fosse chiedo di essere rimborsata , poichè al momento dell'acquisto era scritto che sarebbe arrivato prima di Natale.
