1)确定各供应商相对于各子指标及主指标的权重通过Delphi法对专家组进行调查和咨询,由专家打分法确定各供应商对子指标的相对重要度(权重)为CijS(其中i为主指标,j为子指标, s为各供应商)。于是得到供应商对所有指标的重要度矩阵CS=(CijS) = (C11S,C12S,,,C21S,C22S,,,CmnS);
