摘要：目的 探讨在临床工作中以出血为首发症状的原发性血小板增多症的临床表现及诊治体会。方法 针对我院2013年6月至2016年6月收治的10例主要以出血为首发症状的原发性血小板增多症患者的临床资料进行分析、总结，针对不同表现给予的不同治疗。结果 积极针对性的治疗利于早期病情控制及改善疾病预后。结论 原发性血小板增多症容易合并血栓已被人们普遍认识且发病率较高，而出血虽也是此病的临床表现之一，但发病率低且报道较少，尤其对于短期急性出血所致失血性休克的报道更为罕见，所以快速明确病因积极的救治对疾病的预后尤为重要。

Abstract: objective to investigate the clinical work with bleeding as the first symptom of essential thrombocythemia clinical manifestations and diagnosis and treatment. Methods for our June 2013 to June 2016 treated 10 patients with major bleeding as the first symptom of essential thrombocythemia in patients with clinical data analysis, summary, different treatment for different performance. Results positive for treatment and facilitate early control and improve disease prognosis. Conclusion likely essential thrombocythemia associated thrombosis has been widely known and relatively high incidence and bleeding is one of the clinical manifestations of the disease, but the incidence is low and is rarely reported, especially for short-term acute hemorrhage of hemorrhagic shock caused by reporting more rare, so rapid clear cause positive treatment on the prognosis of the disease is particularly important.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of primary thrombocytopenia with hemorrhage as the initial symptom in clinical work. Methods in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 10 cases mainly hemorrhage as the first symptom of primary thrombocytosis in patients with clinical data were analyzed and summarized, the different treatment according to different performance given. Results the positive and targeted treatment is beneficial to the early stage of disease control and improve the prognosis of the disease. Conclusion primary thrombocytosis easily complicated with thrombosis has been widely recognized and the incidence rate is high, and the clinical manifestation of the disease is also bleeding, but the incidence rate is low and is rarely reported, especially for acute bleeding caused by hemorrhagic shock reported more rare, so fast etiological active treatment of disease the prognosis is particularly important.
