A gentle reminder on the deadline to re-attest against the Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF) v2019 as we have not receive your self-attestation data. All SWIFT users must complete their self-attestation to comply with the mandatory controls set out in the 2019 version of the CSCF by 31 December 2019. Please note that the KYC Security Attestation application for CSCF v2019 became available on 4 July 2019 and customers should attest their level of compliance against this baseline using the CSCF tool. Once your self-attestation data has been submitted in KYC-SA, SWIFT will publish your submission securely and the attestation would be valid till 31 December 2020. This data is important as part of your customers’ counterparty risk management processes. While the self-attestation status and validity period is visible to all KYC-SA users, more detailed information will only be shared with the owner’s consent. Please note that if you submitted an attestation to SWIFT or to your approver before or on 4 July 2019, you have completed the self-attestation against CSCF v2018. In this case, you have to re-attest against CSCF v2019 by 31 December 2019.
