如果上述第 5.1 條所述事故導致本協議推遲或未能執行的持續時間超過

如果上述第 5.1 條所述事故導致本協議推遲或未能執行的持續時間超過 30 天，則未發生該不可抗力事故方有權利在書面通知對方後終止本協議。

If this results in the incidents in Article 5.1 the duration of this delay or failure to implement the agreement more than 30 days, it did not occur that the force majeure shall have the right to terminate this agreement upon written notice.

結果 (英文) 2:

If the accident referred to in Section 5.1 above results in a delay or failure to perform this Agreement for a period of more than 30 days, the party that has not occurred in the force majeure accident shall have the right to terminate this Agreement after written notice to the other party.

If the delay or failure of execution of this agreement is caused by the accident mentioned in Article 5.1 above for more than 30 days, the party without such force majeure shall have the right to terminate this agreement after notifying the other party in writing.
