DMR exercise effectiveness (α = 0.874; respondent: MIS director) was measured using six items on a Likert scale that assessed the following compared to other projects that the respondent was familiar with:
(1) appropriateness of the system design
(2) appropriateness of the system architecture
(3) appropriateness of the software platform
(4) appropriateness of the development methodology
(5) appropriateness of the programming language
(6) appropriateness of the implemented features.
