2、 炉体骨架由各种大中型型钢现场组合焊接而成，外壳封板为彩钢板，高铝全纤维耐火甩丝毯模块为炉衬，密封节能效果明显。
3、 台车骨架由各种大型工字钢、槽钢、角钢及厚钢板等组合焊接而成。
4、 台车传动采用全部车轮均为驱动轮，驱动可靠，传动系统采用“三合一”电机—减速机安装方式为轴装式，结构紧凑、装配牢固、进出灵活、操作简单、维修方便。
5、 台车耐火砌体采用高铝定型砖结构，与炉体密封效果好，耐压强度高。台车面搁置垫铁供堆放工件用。台车帮板全部采用浇筑件，保证车体不变形及耐用性。炉车与炉衬的密封采用耐火纤维密封块电动推杆自动压紧结构。侧密封的开、闭与炉车进出连锁。
