一、用途及性能特点
磨限位边机适用于载重车鼓式刹车片的端面和限位边的磨削加工。该机床结构紧凑、调节简单、操作方便,用户可根据不同内弧半径的刹车片,
更换不同尺寸的定位胎具,即可对各种规格的刹车片端面和限位边进行磨削加工。磨削鼓式片的尺寸范围:内弧半径R150-300mm,厚度5-50 mm,片宽度25-350 mm。
工件装夹:模胎旋转时,将刹车片已磨削过的内弧面逐片贴在模胎上定位,专用夹紧装置可卡住刹车片,进行限位边及端面的加工。

三、外形结构原理(见附图一)
磨床的主要结构由砂轮调整、水平进给系统,模胎旋转及变速系统,电气控制系统三部分组成。
砂轮调整,主要完成砂轮切削,砂轮左右移动,胎具水平进退动作,以便进行各种规格的刹车片的磨限位边的加工。
胎具旋转系统包括模胎,变速机构,胎具电机等,主要带动刹车片完成旋转进给运动。

四、工作原理
磨限位边的砂轮电机(6)固定在纵向工作台拖板上,金刚石砂轮(5)与砂轮(6)电机直接联接,启动电机后通过砂轮的高速旋转完成对刹车片限位的磨削。刹车片由模胎(3)定位,模胎作低速旋转完成刹车片的磨削进给动作。通过纵横工作台丝杆螺母滑台(7,9)调节磨头(5)与模胎(3)的相对位置,完成不同规格的刹车片的端面及限位边的磨削加工。调整砂轮升降系统(7)用以调节不同宽度刹车片的磨削;调整水平进给系统(9)用以调节不同半径的刹车片的磨削;调整电机(10)经减速器带动模胎低速运转,从而完成刹车片磨限位边或端面的连续进给运动,更换不同直径的模胎,可实现不同半径、不同宽度刹车片的端面、限位边的磨削加工。

五、设备运输与安装
设备运输时必须防止倾斜、翻倒、撞击,避免剧烈震动,以防损坏砂轮系统及模胎系统。
设备需安装在平整的混凝土地基上,其水平应可调整。
设备安装就位调试好水平后,须用地脚螺栓与地基可靠地固定,以防止加工过程机器发生震动。
安装设备时,抽尘设备应同时安装到位。

六、设备调试
设备安装完毕,需对设备进行调试,砂轮升降系统(7)上下运动是否自如,水平进给系统(9)前进后退运动是否自如。
检查设备各部位是否处于正常状态,不得运转移动的部位是否有松动,设备各部位处于正常状态时可接通电源,通电调试。
检查各处确保砂轮固定可靠,模胎固定可靠,升降系统、水平进给系统等一切正常后,开启电机,使设备空运转,观察设备运转情况,若一切正常,即可进行试样磨削。
试样磨削:
安装好与试样内弧相符的模胎,将试样装夹在模胎(3)与专用夹紧装置之间,调整砂轮升降系统(7)到需要磨边的相应尺寸位置,一切准备妥当先启动砂轮电机,再启动模胎电机,手动操作砂轮升降、水平进给系统,进行试样磨削。
当试样磨削达到图纸尺寸(或约定尺寸后),将砂轮升降、水平进给系统锁定,即可进行同一种产品同样尺寸磨限位边、磨端面的加工。磨削中,加工到适当批量时应检查产品尺寸有无变化,若产品尺寸变化较大,应立即停车,检查原因,排除故障后方可继续磨削。

七、设备的维护与保养
每班上班开机前,应检查设备各部位是否完好,一切处于正常状态方能开机。
操作者必须能熟练掌握该设备的操作技能,并按安全操作规程进行操作。
每班下班前应清除导轨面及工作台面上的灰尘,调整升降、水平进给系统,清理干净,适量给丝杆加润滑油。
更换砂轮时应由专人负责,注意砂轮运转平衡,避免产生震动。
每半年应对轴承、减速器更换一次润滑油。
