For the previous Export LC discount

For the previous Export LC discounting, Trade Operations usually will perform post-discounting checks and need your help to answer some queries:
1.     Is the shipper, Rio Tinto Ore, the charterer of the ship too?
a.     From our checking, it was mentioned that the ship charterer did not recognize the B/L
b.    Who is the charterer of the ship?
2.     The port of discharge mentioned in the B/L is Qingdao, however, the MV RAIJU arrived in Jingtang on 16 Jul to discharge the cargo
a.     Need your clarification on the above
3.     Is Notify Party, C.H. Robinson Worldwide (HK) Ltd, a related company?
 
It will be useful to share with us the whole trade flow (e.g. who is the producer of cargo, cargo is sold to which party, etc).
