For the purposes of interpreting (c) above, an Advertiser will be deemed not to have an AdWords account at the relevant time if Advertiser has a Google AdWords account under a contractual relationship:(a) directly with Google, but such account has not been Active in the 90 day period before Partner attempts activation; or (b) between Advertiser and a third party (other than an AdWords Reseller), but such account has not been Active in the 90 day period before Partner attempts activation; or (c) between Advertiser and an AdWords Reseller.
