Clinical information: High alfa-fetoprotein and high CA 125. Sono: Mild fatty liver. Several small GB polyps about 0.43-0.85 cm.MRI of abdomen, MRCP were performed without and with contrast medium administration. The study shows:1. Suspect several gallbladder polyps.2. Consider concentrated bile sludge.3. Otherwise, no apparent radiological indentified lesion to explain clinical manifestation.
