Using a Student's paired t-test, no significant differences (P N 0.05) were found between the mycotoxigenic potential of the strains in YES and CA medium for ROQC. In contrast, a highly significant difference (P b 0.001) between MPA mycotoxigenic potential obtained on YES agar and CA medium was observed.
