Wuxi Dachong very very disappointed with this kind of issue caused again within a few days!!!! Dachong have deeply complained about KWETH’s service provide!
As I emphasized with attached mail “Customs it is not allowed any information do not match with the declaration doc.”, which have got your commitment, so why this kind of issue caused again?!! It is seriously impact Dachong’s production line, which is facing stop now!!! Dachong informed if their production line stop by short of this shipment, they will claim for compensation to KWETH! Pls kindly aware! Whatever, these kinds of issues already deeply impact KWE relationship with Dachong, customer already consider change to the other forwarders for further shipments, if we can not solve this case immediately, Dachong absolutely will NOT use KWE’s service ANY MORE!!!!!!
As I mentioned during last shipment, since the original COO was already passed to WUXI CUSTOMS side, so we absolutely can not take it back. Therefore pls re-issue the COO with the correct weight, then send the original letter to our side via courier services immediately! (send the copy one to us firstly)
