乙方必须积极办理属于发货人责任的短重及/或质量索赔。丙方不承担赔偿责任，但需积极配合甲方向国外发货人提赔，并须据理力争督促国外发货人尽速理赔，丙方须积极配合乙方直至此索赔案结案为止。
