To plan the first year, the main focus is to produce research to make efforts towards a flexible dual-function color energy storage elements, a detailed research plan has been described in this book; the second year of the plan to set energy storage system can be color-cum-production and the third year of the program complex set of color-cum-storage element can make, to be the next issue of Science and Technology plans to re-submit a detailed thematic content for review.

The detailed research content has been described in this project. In the second year of the project, the production of energy collection and variable color energy storage system and the production of composite energy collection and variable color energy storage elements in the third year will be proposed in the next special project of the Ministry of science and technology for review.
