Scope of the ContractThe Contractor undertakes, in accordance with this Contract to supply the equipment(“the Products” or “the Product”, as the case may be), i.e.• 2 set eAFK draw texturing machines type “eAFK PA SiS” including tools asspecified in APPENDIX I M-33-01 and M-33-02• to perform the services as specified in detail in section 10 and 12 in thisContract;• to provide the technical documentation relating to the operation and themaintenance of the supplied equipment as specified in APPENDIX V.in order to produce Polyester and Polyamide DTY yarns.
