The rheological behavior of the bla

The rheological behavior of the blank and LNC-OL-loaded gels were observed the dayafter the preparation with a rotational rheometer (Rheomat R-180, Lamy, France) witha MS-DIN22 spindle at 20°C. Continuous flow tests (hysteresis loop tests) were carriedout. Shear rate continually increased from 30 to 1100 s−1, remained constant at1100 s−1 and decreased again to 30 s−1.
