本文主要运用硬性指标和软性指标两个准则去解决所要求的基本模型。硬性指标是指通过增值性评价方法,由教练的执教场数、获胜场数及获胜率等三个指标来共同衡量。而软性指标则运用了层次分析法,并依据教练员评价系统中操作的多主体评价指标体系求出每项指标的权重分布,客观分析软性指标中各要素重点与非重点的比例关系,从而得到了充分反映教练员能力素质的评估模型。具体考虑的因素有以下几个方面。
