We further document that the spillover effects are highly localized. The effects are strongest atthe Census block level, and decay for larger geographical areas (Census block groups and Censustracts). This pattern is consistent with the agglomeration literature that finds that agglomerationspillovers are large but localized (Rosenthal and Strange (2003); Arzaghi and Henderson (2008);Ahlfeldt et al.
