HR/Admin Executive
Responsibilities
HR Executive’s responsibilities include but not limited to:
Recruitment
Analyze the recruitment needs in Taiwan branch with the managing director
Communicating with the HQ HR team about recruitment needs request
Understanding the requirement from the concerned position and accordingly drafting a job description
Developing and maintaining various recruiting channels to attract new talents (Being creative, proactive, and resourceful is the key!)
Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills and conducting face-to-face interviews
Sending out the translation test to candidates if necessary
Induction and on-boarding
Giving the new recruit offer letter or letter of intent on joining the service
having a brief introductory meeting with the new recruits giving a description on the policies, procedures, and corporate culture followed by the company
Properly filing relevant document of the new recruit as required
Attendance and Leave records
Keeping track of the attendance of the employees
Filing the leave forms and keeping track of the leaves taken and left
HR Practices, Policies, and Strategies
Implementing the HR practices, policies and strategies as required by the HQ HR team
Administration & reporting
Updating the organization chart and employee contact list every month
Preparing weekly and monthly operation and HR report
Maintaining and applying vendor contract for business related matters
Solving any administrative issues related to disputes or conflicts
Being in charge of office or business equipment procurement matters
Being the main point of contact for finance related matters
Others such as:
HR administration, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Motivation, Talent Development, Learning and Development, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in HRM as a generalist or in administration
Good understanding of all HR functions and local labor law and regulations
Good command of English in speaking and writing is mandatory
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful
Willing to learn new things and enjoying new challenges
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints

Managing director, HQ HR Senior Manager, HQ Finance Senior Manager
Salary range
38,000-42,000 NTD (80% of the regular salary paid during three months of probation period)
