本次论文主要设计的是钻孔夹具设计。轴架上的各个不同大小的孔和平面是轴架的主要加工表面。因为平面的精度跟孔比起来更容易保证,所以编制工艺的时候采用先加工面然后再加工孔即通常所谓的“先面后孔”的原理。基准选择在箱体的输入孔和输出孔之间,主要工序安排在先加工出这两种孔,然后再加工箱体的侧面。在接下来的工序中,除了个别工序,均以顶部面和定位孔来加工其他部位的。整个加工工艺采用通用的机床进行加工,比如常用的铣床,钻床,镗床等。加工箱体的过程中采用专用夹具,为了提高效率和节省时间,采用气动夹紧或者液动夹紧方式作为可靠的夹紧机构,夹紧机构不需要自锁,适合大批量,流水线作业,这样能保证加工出来的零件能最大满足设计要求。
