29.1.2 The electric energy storage

29.1.2 The electric energy storage assembly shall be subjected to Isolation resistance test of Clause 6.1.3 of the Standard for Electrically Propelled Road Vehicles – Safety Specifications – Part 1: On-board Rechargeable Energy Storage System (RESS), ISO 6469-1, with the following exceptions in (a) and (b).
The DUT is to be in the fully charged state for both (a) and (b):
a) Testing is to be conducted with the DUT in the as-received condition (i.e. no humidityconditioning prior to measurements); and
b) Testing is to be conducted after conditioning the DUT in accordance with the Standard forEnvironmental Testing – Part 2-30: Tests – Test Db: Damp Heat, Cyclic (12 h + 12 h Cycle),IEC 60068-2-30 using the following parameters:
1) Variant 1;
2) At maximum temperature of 55 2°C (131 3°F); and
3) 6 cycles.
