Requirements—All anchors in a test series shall complete the simulated seismic-tension load history specified in Table 9.1 and Fig. 9.1. Failure of an anchor to develop the required tension resistance in any cycle prior to completing the loading history specified in Table 9.1 and Fig. 9.1 shall be recorded as an unsuccessful test. The mean residual capacity of the anchors in the test series shall be equal to or greater than 160 percent of Neq as given by Eq. (9-1).
