The analysis of the forward flow SCGS will be compared with the reverse flow to determine how the two structures differ. Section 4 explains how a RL capability was established in the UK crash repair sector, and the methodology we used to explore SCGS for the evolution of this capability over a one-year period. Section 5 presents the findings from our study. We end with a discussion of the findings and their contribution to our knowledge on SCGS and potential managerial implications (Section 6) followed by the conclusion and future
research (Section 7).
