This paper is a marketing plan which our company gets a conclusion from the public investigation about the aluminum composite panels. It consists of several parts, including project introduction, marketing strategy, corporate strategy, management strategy, financial analysis, SWOT analysis and solutions. In addition, we make some details about service strategy. We also use a method of the questionnaire channel to promote our ACP. All of those can prove our business plan has feasibility. I believe that if we put them into practice, our panels will occupy the market share and get consumer’s recognition.
