Objective: by sulpiride raw material and Sulpiride Tablets stripping analysis relevance degree change of the two, stating the importance of material crystal form control. Methods: using 50% ethanol to sulpiride material was recrystallized, to change the proportion of melt from before and after crystallization, prove the existence of differences between batches of raw materials. Results: after recrystallization of 3 batches of materials content unchanged, melting range tend to be the same. Conclusion: sulpiride exist polymorphism.
