摘 要
针对酿酒葡萄在栽培管理中为了维持叶片旺盛的生理功能，使叶片的光合能力较长时间维持在较高水平上，以最大限度地制造光合产物，提高产量。本实验以霞多丽、赤霞珠、玫瑰香为材料，在温室内对三种葡萄在果穗附近不同节位点叶片的光合特性通过测量叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2、蒸腾速率等相关参数，在数据分析比较后，综合五种参数数据说明，在葡萄生长发育过程中，不同节位点叶片的光合效率不同，霞多丽葡萄第1,5节位点叶片光合能力较差，赤霞珠葡萄第1,3节位处叶片的光合能力较差，玫瑰香第3,4节位处叶片光合能力较差。随着果实的生长发育，一些光合效率较低的叶片，不能很好地积累有机物供应果实生长，且消耗树体能量遮挡果实受光，在栽培管理中根据葡萄的生长需要可以将低光效的叶片疏除。
