摘要：由于盐水中的金属杂质离子对离子膜影响非常大，直接影响离子膜的选择透过性，故进电解槽盐水指标要求非常高，主要金属离子钙镁要求小于20ppb，本文主要介绍了在离子膜生产工艺中进槽盐水精制核心技术螯合树脂在使用过程中的注意事项及影响因素。

Abstract: the effects of metallic ions on ion-exchange membrane in brine is very large, direct effects of ion-exchange membrane selective permeability and cell salt requirements are very high, mainly of metal ion calcium and magnesium requirements is less than 20ppb, introduced in the process of ion-exchange membrane in brine refining in chelating resin used in the process of core technology considerations and influencing factors.Key words: chelate resin, principle, salt water indicators, impact factors.

Abstract: due to the effect of brine of metal impurity ions in ionic membrane is very large, a direct impact on the choice of ionic membrane permeability, therefore electrolytic brine index requirements are very high, mainly metal calcium and magnesium ions requires less than 20 ppb. This paper mainly introduces the in ion-exchange membrane production technology in brine refining the core technology of chelating resin in use process matters needing attention and the influencing factors.
