The strongest dependence is, as easily predictable, on the testing temperature. Fig. 7 shows that a reduction up to 50% was measured between experiments carried out at 200 and 300 8C, respectively. Furthermore, for a a = 558 material breakage occurred at 200 8C while a sound component was formed at 250 8C and more.
Figs. 8–10 reports some interesting results on material formability varying the process parameters. Formability was measured through the mean value and the standard deviation of FLD0.
