實習已經一個多月了，大致上都了解會議是在做甚麼，如何準備COFFEE BREAK、food station、water station，因為暑假是鬼月所以是宴會廳的淡季，這一個月我幾乎都在做會議，在客人開會的時候要一直站在旁邊不能動，在客人開完會的休息時間，我們會幫客人倒咖啡和茶，然後收髒盤，在客人開會前要再幫他們換上新的水杯，我還學會了如何泡一大桶的咖啡跟茶，在今天晚上君悅舉辦了一年一次的員工晚會，而地點是在我們的宴會廳舉行，開始前師傅已經把準備好的食物放在後場，然後經理還先給我們吃一些食物再端出去給所有員工吃，活動開始的時候君悅的總經理穿著阿拉丁的服裝與副總經理一起跳舞把氣氛炒到最高點，旁邊有擺設幾個玩遊戲的地方，我們每個人都得到很多糖果最後拿去抽獎，而我抽到了背包跟水壺，度過了愉快的一天。
