2. Reliability TestThe questionnaires are considered reliable if the questionnaire has Cronbach’s Alpha >0.60. The pilot questionnaires have Cronbach’s Alpha 0.739 > 0.60, thus the questionnaireis considered reliable.After the questionnaires are considered both valid and reliable, the rest of the questionnaireswere given out to the respondents. Recapitulation of the questionnaires then inserted to SPSS. Thetest were established for each factor, and the variables has to fulfill these criteria:- KMO Score ≥ 0.5- Significance Score < 0.05- MSA Score ≥0.5
