Dear Stephen, I have spent the evening trying to reason with MM that he should allow the distributions before the cash clears, but his point is that this is illegal as we can not finally allow access to a provisional account with funds in them which are not cleared. I have had enough fighting with my arms tied behind my back. MM says that we can rely on the 2nd, and that this time it WILL happen, even if we need to limit the immediate spend to (say) 90% of the full amount. This is just "thinking out loud" and not a solution.
