Note 12 of Hi Level’s financial statements for year ended 31 Dec 2014 showed there is a Hong Kong incorporated company called “Video Innovation Tech Ltd” with registered capital of HK$500,000.



We understand the above company has been dormant since 2013. As such, there is need to take this company out of our to be listed Group.
