Thank you for your reply. We definitely will have more than 40 guests for this event and will be up to 60 pax. - If the full restaurant is needed, what will be the meeting package price? Is it still TWD 2000+10% per person for half day + room rental TWD 9,000? - is there a minimum guarantee for using this space?- will you be using the wooden roundtables shown in the photos? How to arrange the seating? What size is the table? We prefer to have half cluster seating facing the speaker. - can you provide a floor plan on how to accommodate the 60 pax in this room for our reference?
