Any notice or other communication pursuant to this Agreement required or desired by either Party shall be deemed to have been given (or received by the other Party) on the date when delivered or sent by confirmed facsimile transmission or three (3) business days after being sent by pre-paid single registered mail to the attention of General Counsel of the applicable Party at the addresses set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
