1. The Parties agree that the amount of remuneration due for the realization of the Investment will be fully paid by PSE to the bank account indicated by SEPCC. In exchange SEPCC undertakes to finance on an ongoing basis costs of works carried out by PAI and its subcontractors within the Development Phase.


2. A detailed schedule of payments by SEPCC to PAI for costs of Development Stage is attached as Appendix 2 to the Agreement.
